Article 1 — Purpose
These terms govern a consumer’s purchase of the personalised Body Cheat Code digital guide on bodycheatcode.com. The seller is identified in the website’s legal notice.
Article 2 — Product
The product is a personal PDF built from the customer’s answers. Depending on the profile, it contains approximately 40 to 45 pages. Exact content varies with the answers. The service is a wellness education and planning tool, not a medical or dietetic consultation.

- 4 weeks of menus, detailed days, recipes, substitutions and shopping lists
- a 12-week movement progression adapted to the stated level, time and equipment
- recovery and stress guidance, a backup plan and tracking tools
Article 3 — Access conditions
The service is intended for adults. Certain safety indicators may stop the automated sale and recommend professional advice. The customer agrees to provide accurate information and not to use the guide despite a known contraindication.
Article 4 — Price
Two subscription-free options are available: Essential at $21 and Plus at $29. The total price in the displayed currency is shown again before confirmation on Stripe. There is no automatic renewal.
Article 5 — Order and payment
The customer completes the questionnaire, views a free preliminary analysis, then decides whether to order the complete guide. Stripe processes the payment; Body Cheat Code does not store card numbers. Once payment is confirmed, the guide is generated and sent to the address provided.
Article 6 — Delivery
The PDF is normally sent within minutes of confirmation. A technical delay may occur. If it has not arrived after checking the spam folder, the customer should contact support@bodycheatcode.com. If delivery fails, the seller will send it again or issue a refund if delivery remains impossible.
Article 7 — Immediate performance and withdrawal
The guide is personalised digital content supplied without a physical medium. Before ordering, the customer expressly asks for performance to begin immediately. The customer acknowledges that once the digital content has been fully supplied, the right of withdrawal may be lost where the law provides. This does not remove statutory guarantees or rights when content was not delivered or does not conform to the order.
Article 8 — Statutory guarantees
Consumers benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee applicable to digital content and services. If a file is unreadable, incomplete, inaccessible or clearly incompatible with the declared constraints, the customer should contact support so that conformity can be restored.
Article 9 — Service limitations
No physical, weight or sporting result is guaranteed. Energy estimates are starting ranges. The customer must stop exercising in the event of acute or unusual pain and seek professional advice when the situation requires it.
Article 10 — Licence
The PDF is licensed for personal use. The customer may keep and print it, but may not resell, publish, distribute widely or exploit it commercially.
Article 11 — Personal data
The processing of answers, retention periods and customer rights are described in the privacy policy.
Article 12 — Complaints and applicable law
For any complaint, contact contact@bodycheatcode.com. These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain any mandatory protective rules that apply in their country of residence.
